We’d like to get to know you a little better. Not just our regular patrons but other Whitby residents too! We’re always looking for new ways to improve and serve our growing community. That’s why we’ve asked Forum Research to conduct a public opinion survey on our behalf.
The goal is to get a detailed understanding of our current and future users to help us plan for the needs of our patrons. This is one of the priorities in the Library’s updated strategic plan. We’re also looking to learn how we can reach those who may not be engaging with the Library. The more we know, the more we can plan how to share the endless possibilities that await with a Library card or a visit to one of our three locations. We have so much to offer!
Forum Research will be reaching out to local residents from October 15 to November 8 online and by phone. The insight collected by the researchers will be delivered to us by the end of the year. If you’re contacted, thank you in advance for sharing your thoughts and suggestions.
